About the project
Oscar Design is a premium car upholstery workshop in Osijek, Croatia, specialising in reupholstering seats, doors, headliners, and steering wheels using leather, Alcantara, and other high-end materials. They work with individual car owners as well as dealerships, rental companies, and taxi services across Croatia.
The challenge
Before the new site, Oscar Design had no real web presence — just an outdated page that didn't reflect the quality of their work. Most business came through Instagram and word of mouth. The problem? When someone searched "car upholstery Osijek" on Google, Oscar Design wasn't showing up. Competitors with inferior work but better online presence were taking their customers.
The solution
We built a site that does what Instagram can't — showcases detailed before-and-after project transformations, gives clear pricing information, and makes it easy to get in touch. Everything in Croatian and English, since the workshop also serves international customers.
What we delivered
Results
The workshop now receives inquiries from customers who find them on Google — something that practically never happened before. Conversations are more productive because customers come prepared — they've already seen the gallery and the pricing page. Business inquiries from dealerships and rental companies have started coming in too, thanks to the dedicated B2B page.
